7. Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refund

7.1 Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2003 you have a right to cancel your purchase at anytime before the delivery. However, to exercise this right you must notify in writing, (email or letter) within 14 days from the day after goods have been purchased. Please note the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2003 only apply to consumers, the regulations do not apply to business purchasers or individuals purchasing on behalf of a business.

7.2 The product/services provided on this site or stores are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent.

7.3 As stated above notification of cancellation must be in writing, a telephone call is not a valid cancellation.

7.4 No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2003 once you have opened your product and only if the product you are returning is in a fully resaleable condition i.e. unopened and unused, and the return is made within 14 days.

7.5 Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:

7.5.1. On the back of your delivery note or on another piece of paper, (if you no longer have your delivery note), include your order number and the reason for the return.

7.5.2 Repackage the product in its original packaging, unopened and unused. will not issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state, opened,  used or damaged.

7.5.3 Due to hygiene and health reasons (and stores) does not offer any refunds or returns on personally customized products like fragrance/perfume oils and the customer agrees to waive the cancellation rights.

7.5.4 Refunds or returns are only offered on packed products (provided they are unopened, unused).

7.6 If the original packaging surrounding the product has been damaged or destroyed will only issue a refund if the product is being returned due to a defect. If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us.

7.7 You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.

7.8 We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you.

7.9 will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.

7.10 will charge 50% administration fee for all refunds.

7.11 Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.

7.12 Subject to the above, will refund the purchase price (excluding admin fee) of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product.
